Refund policy

Each item is thoughtfully made to order, and we want you to love what you receive. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if your item arrives with a defect, damage, or printing issue.

If an issue is found, please reach out within 7 days of delivery confirmation and include your order number along with clear photos showing the issue. We’ll review the request and, when appropriate, make it right by providing a replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund may be issued.

Because each item is created just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for size or fit issues, color variations due to screen differences, or change of mind.
